Continue to strengthen the feedback loop by making survey review and discussion a standing agenda item at quarterly staff meetings.

The initiative to incorporate participant feedback from surveys into ongoing program updates and improvements is actively in progress. Surveys are distributed electronically through the registration software to all registered participants, and plans are underway to expand data collection.
