Refine the curriculum list, organize these trainings into categories and incorporate them into a functional career progression program.

This initiative focuses on employee training and utilizes a dual focus strategy to empower and educate new employees while also encouraging long term development. We have identified many of the courses and trainings that will be a part of both areas and are slowly integrating these trainings into Workday. Many of these trainings are currently available to employees via NeoGov and the monthly employee newsletter.
