This initiative will develop along with the Onboarding Program and as we further align that program within the workday system. In the meantime, best practice is to continue optimizing our employee orientation on day one and working towards meeting our supplemental initiatives.

Developing a survey will be essential to gaining feedback from new employees. Within this initiative we have been working to create clearer communication with employees on day one, create a more welcoming and informative environment and providing employes with resources and training that they can use to succeed in their first few months.
