Widening our recruitment team's reach is essential to finding quality candidates. We are currently crafting refined job descriptions, utilizing a plethora of diverse sourcing channels and leveraging Workday technology to improve our digital recruitment methods. We have recently reacquired a Linkedin account and have been using it to search for candidates. Our Talent Acquisition team has also been attending Career Fairs and has developed a comprehensive list of the fairs they expect to attend next year.
