ED Staff and SJC Chamber partners can meet to draft a 'calendar of events' for the industry roundtables. New industry sectors or new employers should be explored to ensure a broad reach in the SJC economic landscape.

ED Staff, in partnership with the SJC Chamber of Commerce, conduct annual target industry roundtables with employers from the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Staff is looking to expand the number of industry sectors or the frequency of the meetings in the future. Previously, there was little action taken outside of roundtable meetings, but starting with the most recent healthcare meeting, projects are actively being planned to support the local sectors.
