The full and successful implementation of the BRE Plan will likely require additional staff and funding resources. Once the BRE Plan is formalized, a scope and budget of that work can be developed.

ED Staff has developed a draft Business Retention & Expansion Plan. The plan is waiting to be presented to County Administration for approval. ED Staff is currently partnering with the SJC Chamber to execute several ongoing business retention efforts, but the strategies are currently informal. There have been no additional resources or funding for BRE identified at this time.
