Libraries and Parks & Rec will continue communicating regularly and will make improvements as needed to provide the highest level of programs and services to the community.

Continue this ongoing review process on a quarterly basis to stay informed about new or changing private sector programs. Document findings in a shared database or spreadsheet that compares similar offerings, noting pricing, participation, and service gaps. Use this information during annual program planning to guide decisions on where to innovate or collaborate.

Staff consistently monitor community offerings through local advertising, partner communication, and online resources to identify overlapping services.

In Progress
Analyze percentage satisfaction rate on surveys and current program attendance and community demographics to tailor new offerings to the interests and needs of different age groups and communities

Continue collecting survey responses consistently across all programs and ensure response data is accurately compiled for analysis. In FY26, prioritize dedicating time and resources to conduct a detailed review of satisfaction rates, attendance figures, and demographic participation.

This milestone is in progress. The department has begun collecting and reviewing participant survey data, which is distributed to all program participants that registered in advance for a program.
