The Library System wants everyone in St Johns County to have a library card and benefit from the library's many programs, services, and resources. Library staff, particularly the Community Engagement Coordinator, participates in promoting library services and issuing new library cards to new county staff members and other new residents, and participates in countywide events such as parades and community meetings.
