Continue conversations between FM & Library Administration to determine efficient space potential. Assess not only library branches, but potential county owned locations for staffing efficiencies, offsite storage, and programming potential. 

Statistical analysis of existing data points to support space revisions, such as circulation, door counts, program attendance.

 

 

 

Library Building Walkthroughs were completed for Main, Southeast, Ponte Vedra, Anastasia Island and Bartram Trail branches to assess staff and public spaces to determine potential efficiencies and space potential. FM will create and prioritize CIPs based on data to determine priorities, need, and costs. 

Library Admin meets with Facilities Maintenance to prioritize CIP requests in FY26 Q1 and Q2.
