Continue conversations including new and veteran staff to establish a program that represents and celebrates all employees regardless of role. 

This initiative aims to foster a culture of appreciation, motivation, and inclusivity. By celebrating achievements across all levels from frontline staff to senior leadership the program looks to reinforce organizational values, boost morale, and drive performance, which will ultimately enhance our departments strategic goals. We have began conversations within the Human Resources Department on how to best approach these changes and how they can be tied into the Workday system.
