Continued focus on departmental integration and staff support is important to the success of this initiative. 

The initiative is currently in progress and at 45% completion. It focuses on enhancing transparency and accountability in performance reporting while fostering community involvement in strategic planning. Significant milestones achieved include the adoption and implementation of the strategic plan, with performance reporting currently at 66% completion. Future milestones will focus on evaluating progress, communicating goals effectively to the community, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Overall, the initiative is effectively advancing toward its goal of increasing public engagement in community planning.

  1. Begin early preparation for the data portal by identifying key datasets and stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch post-ERP system activation.

  2. Develop a clear timeline and communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged as you prepare for the initiative's start.

The initiative is set to begin after the ERP system goes live in January 2026. As of August 2025, there is no progress since it is not yet started, and the focus remains on preparing the portal and deciding accessible data.
