After the OPA team is fully staffed, we will get an RFP to solicit proposals. A new element to the team is water conservation education, and that needs to be a part of our communications strategy plan.

BMP for plans and RFPs has been researched by the Director.

The plan will provide a comprehensive blueprint for internal and external communications.
